The UAT release, scheduled for September 23, 2026, includes several key updates. Below are the details of what’s included in this release and how it supports our ongoing efforts to improve system performance and user experience. Reminders

Action required: UAD 3.6 readiness deadline is September 30th 

The deadline to transition to UAD 3.6 is coming up quickly. Please take a moment to verify your setup so you are fully ready before September 30th. 

• Lenders: If you have not selected an enablement window, please complete the enablement request form 

• Appraisers: If you need to set up your profile or if you are choosing not to accept UAD 3.6 orders, please fill out the vendor completion form. For more information on setting up your vendor profile, refer to the vendor resource guide

Review-Only Workflow [APPMOD-10859, APPMOD-10911, APPMOD-11050, APPMOD-11052, APPMOD-11269, APPMOD-11370, APPMOD-11565, APPMOD-11397]:
We added a Review-Only order workflow to support uploading an appraisal in-hand to Mercury Network for submission to Collateral Investigate for review. Appraisals can be uploaded, routed for UCDP submission if desired, and routed to Collateral Investigate for review.

Pending Release workflow for re-assigned orders [APPMOD-11713, APPMOD-12043]:
We fixed an issue where orders reassigned to a secure user did not respect the Pending Release settings. Reassigned orders now correctly respect the customer’s Pending Release setting upon vendor submission rather than moving straight to Completed status.

Order status action restrictions during Review in Progress [APPMOD-11831]:
The system now disables the Mark as Complete and Cancel actions while an order is in Review in Progress to prevent accidental status changes during active review.

Cancellation of manually requested revisions [APPMOD-11872]:
We resolved an issue where the system would not let you cancel user-generated revision requests on UAD 3.6 orders. Users can now successfully cancel manually requested revisions on UAD 3.6 orders, properly returning the order to its prior status.

File upload error messaging and lock handling [APPMOD-11981]:
The system now provides a clear retry notification if a document upload fails and automatically unlocks the order so users can resubmit their files immediately.

Issue resolutions

Vendor messages transmitting to Collateral Investigate [APPMOD-12040]:
We fixed an issue where vendor messages were not transmitting to Collateral Investigate properly. Collateral Investigate now reliably displays messages sent by vendors when applicable.

Review document upload tracking [APPMOD-11788, APPMOD-12042]:
We fixed an issue where our order history log does not accurately reflect who is uploading documents sent to Mercury Network by Collateral Investigate. The order history now clearly distinguishes documents uploaded by review teams.

Order progression following revision cancellation and manual UCDP bypass [APPMOD-11785]:
We fixed an issue where certain orders were getting stuck in a Delivered status. Orders where manual UCDP submission was bypassed now advance smoothly without getting stuck in Delivered status when a post-closed revision is requested.

Occupant Name persistence on MISMO 3.6 order placement [APPMOD-11835, APPMOD-12041]:
We fixed an issue where the Occupant Name was not always being populated correctly on UAD 3.6 orders. UAD 3.6 orders now reliably capture and retain occupant names within the order details.

Client price calculation for property characteristics [APPMOD-12063]:
We fixed an issue where fees did not always accurately reflect the correct Property Characteristics add-on fees. Fee calculations now accurately reflect only the selected property characteristics on an order without improperly adding inapplicable add-on fees.
