UCDP Status Label Updates and Appraisal Notification Fixes Ship to Production

Summary

This release, deployed to production on April 1, 2025 (following UAT on March 24), supports appraisal modernization and lays groundwork for the new Mercury Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) Integration, alongside several client-facing improvements.

Platform Enhancements

UCDP Status Labels

Three Mercury Network status descriptions were updated to align with GSE appraisal modernization requirements:

• 700000 – now reads "UCDP Submission In Progress" (previously referenced appraisal submission)

• 700010 – now reads "UCDP Upload Failure – Appraisal" (previously referenced submission failures)

• 700015 – now reads "UCDP DocFileID Received" (previously referenced document file ID updates)

Issue Resolutions

• Appraisal Delivery Notifications: Fixed an issue preventing notifications to Mercury Secure users when SureReceipts was triggered manually from the Mercury Secure order.

• Bid Order Processing: Resolved accounting automation workflow delays affecting bid order payouts.
