VMP Client Order History Adds Appraisal Document Details and EPC Mapping Controls

Platform Enhancements

• Appraisal Delivery Document Details in VMP Client Order History: SureReceipts Appraisal Delivery documents, including Report PDFs and Reconsideration of Value Disclosures, now appear in order history with details passed through to integrated LOS platforms.

• New "Review Artifact" Document Type: A new document type is now available under Preferences → Configure Status Mappings, added in preparation for upcoming Valuation Modernization (UAD 3.6) requirements.

Issue Resolutions

• Expanded Product Selection Capacity: The Product Requirements interface now supports a larger number of product selections, ensuring clients have access to all available products.

Integration Enhancements

Mercury Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) Integration

Data control updates allow Mercury to manage Encompass field and status mappings without requiring code changes. This is currently in UAT, with a production release expected September 16, 2025.

Other Maintenance

Regular security maintenance continues to protect user data and ensure system reliability.
